Pricing and Billing

10. Will I be charged when you come to pick up my stuff?
Our boxes drop-off and pick-up services are always free.

11. How does your re-delivery pricing work?

Our price for delivery is a flat fee of $30. For every 90 days that you store with us, we credit you with 1 free re -delivery.

12. How much will it cost me to store my stuff if I don’t want to use a box?
Please click ‘Start Storing’ on our homepage and follow the steps. You will see a full list of prices for our most commonly stored items. If the item you wish to store does not appear, please select ‘Other Item’.

13. When will I be charged?
Your first monthly payment will charged on the day of your scheduled pick-up. Please allow at least 7 days for your invoices to appear on your account.

Future charges will be direct debited from your nominated bank account on the monthly anniversary of the initial charge. For example, if your first charge takes place on 28th July, your next charge would take place on 28th August, and so on.

14. What happens if I cancel my storage subscription?
When you cancel your storage subscription, we will apply the remaining pro rata balance of your already paid month (remember, we charge at the beginning of the monthly cycle) as credit on your account. This credit will be automatically redeemed against delivery costs or your future storage needs.

15. What happens when my monthly subscription amount changes?
When your monthly subscription amount changes, we will apply the remaining pro rata balance of your already paid month (remember, we charge at the beginning of the monthly cycle) as credit on your account, and start a new monthly subscription from the day of the change.

16. What happens if my credit card details change and I miss a payment?
We understand that if your credit card details change, updating your Keeep account might not be the first thing on your mind. If you miss a payment we will send you a reminder and give you a 2 week grace period to update your account details.

After two weeks, we charge you a one-time $10 administration fee. After 30 days, if your payment still remains outstanding, we will charge you a $10 p/month late fee until your bill is paid. As detailed in our “Terms and Conditions”, after an account goes 90 days past due, we might have to auction off your stuff to cover past due balances including additional administration fees to organise and run the auction.

Keeep boxes can fit over 55L worth of stuff, and its dimensions are 600mm length x 400mm width x 340mm height. As a guide, our boxes fit roughly one and a half times more than the average carry-on luggage bags for your flights.

Pretty much anything, however we will not store perishable items, liquids, glass, fragile items, explosives, flammables, hazardous materials, or illegal substances – the obvious stuff.

20.Do you have any recommendations for how to pack a Keeep box?

  1. We would recommend that you pack like items together. For example, you would want to pack your winter clothes and summer clothes in separate boxes, so that you can have your seasonal clothing redelivered to you at the same time.
  2. If you have lots of heavy items, place them evenly throughout each box and also distribute them across multiple boxes to avoid exceeding the weight limit.
  3. Other than these, please follow general packing tips such as packing heavy items on the bottom of the box and lighter items on top. Fill empty spaces with fabric, like towels or clothing. This will ensure that you are not wasting available storage space and that items in the box don’t shift during a move.

Definitely! Our boxes are provided for your convenience and are not mandatory for you to use. The cost of storing your own boxes, containers or suitcases is the same as storing our boxes, which is $10 p/month (our weight limit of 35kg will still apply).

24. I need help getting my items into the boxes. Will you pack my boxes or help me move?

We would love to but unfortunately we’re not allowed to pack boxes on your behalf. Our drivers will load your items into our vans.[:zh]18. How do I know how many Keeep boxes I need?

Definitely! Our boxes are provided for your convenience and are not mandatory for you to use. The cost of storing your own boxes, containers or suitcases is the same as storing our boxes, which is $10 p/month (our weight limit of 35kg will still apply).

24. I need help getting my items into the boxes. Will you pack my boxes or help me move?

Keeep boxes can fit over 55L worth of stuff, and its dimensions are 600mm length x 400mm width x 340mm height. As a guide, our boxes fit roughly one and a half times more than the average carry-on luggage bags for your flights.

19. What can I store with Keeep?

Pretty much anything, however we will not store perishable items, liquids, glass, fragile items, explosives, flammables, hazardous materials, or illegal substances – the obvious stuff.

Additionally, while we do store some items that don’t fit inside our boxes, we do not store any items that one person cannot carry comfortably.

20.Do you have any recommendations for how to pack a Keeep box?

  1. We would recommend that you pack like items together. For example, you would want to pack your winter clothes and summer clothes in separate boxes, so that you can have your seasonal clothing redelivered to you at the same time.
  2. If you have lots of heavy items, place them evenly throughout each box and also distribute them across multiple boxes to avoid exceeding the weight limit.
  3. Other than these, please follow general packing tips such as packing heavy items on the bottom of the box and lighter items on top. Fill empty spaces with fabric, like towels or clothing. This will ensure that you are not wasting available storage space and that items in the box don’t shift during a move.
  4. Your boxes come with labels on which you can write a description of what you have packed. Make sure to use clear and memorable descriptions of your items.

Pick up and Delivery

25. What days and times are pickups/deliveries available?

We offer pick-ups and deliveries in three convenient time slots, between 7am – 9am, 12pm – 2pm, 6pm – 8pm, 7 days a week.

Once timeslots are full, they will be closed.

26. How do I schedule a pickup or delivery? Can I do it online?

Scheduling a pickup or delivery is easy. Login to your account to view your stuff, select what you’d like redelivered, and follow the steps. If you have any questions or need assistance with delivery, please email support@keeep.com.au.

27. Can I have my stuff delivered to a new address?

Yep. As long as it is within our service area. To change your address, simply log into your “Information & Billing” page at https://www.keeep.com.au/my-information, choose what you want redelivered and follow the directions. You’ll be given the option to enter a new address and we’ll have your stuff back to you in no time.

If it is outside of our services area, email us at support@keeep.com.au to obtain a quote for delivery.

28. What if I need to cancel a pickup or delivery?

If you need to cancel, please email support@keeep.com.au by 5pm the night before. Cancellations after this time are subject to a $30 late cancellation fee.

29. What happens if I’m not there for my pickup or delivery?

Whether it be pickup or delivery, our drivers will wait for 20 minutes while trying to get in touch with you. After 20 minutes, if we are unable to contact you, we will charge you $30.

30. Do i have the option of purchasing the boxes provided by Keeep?

We can see why you like our boxes – each box is made of high quality durable plastic and come in a nice blue colour. If you would like to purchase a box, let us know when we deliver your stuff back to you. We charge $40 for each box and will arrange for payment and invoicing once you have indicated that you wish to purchase upon delivery.
